we’re off to Knoxville at 3am tomorrow. playing on the radio show Blue Plate Special on WDVX at noon. Stream it online here.

then we’re playing at Preservation Pub downtown tomorrow night with Atlanta band the Whiskey Gentry. nice one-two punch. come out, it’s cheap.

then friday at 11am we’re playing on a streaming tv show, 11 O’Clock Rock. check it!

Norfolk Taphouse tonight

“Where 6 Day Bender differs from the masses is that they hit that mark that everyone else is aiming for but falling short of. The banjo, when used, sounds like it is necessary for the mood of a lyric and not just an addition at the end of the recording session to cater to the “folk” fans.”

Hard-hitting ‘mountain rock’ that owes as much to the Rolling Stones as it does to bluegrass or Americana or any other collection of influences and comparisons.
